Header Styles not Updating once saved

I'm having to weird challenges for the site http://PremierCrematory.net

1) the header style that I selected in the options dashboard is not taking. it stays stuck with the black bar behind it.

2) the site is not going to full width... even though thisdemo theme has it , and i select the options.

is there a plugin or CSS, that is interferring with both of these options?

please deactivate maintenance mode first because we can't check anything.

Hi there,
    I am having the same problem, no full width and not keeping the head style.
It actually does for some styles but definitely not the one I would use, that is creative.
Site is under development so I cannot deactivate the maintenance mode.
Hope this help, current active plugins are:
CF7, Cookie Law Info, iTheme Security, LayerSlider WP, Revolution Slider, Wordfence, WP Smush, Yoast SEO.

@impoeratorBox This information won't help at all. Without url to site it is impossible to tell you what could be the reason. Of course you can deactivate all plugins and check if this helps.

I am starting to work on this brand new website and did not develop any content yet.
Just bought this template, I am stuck at choosing the right theme settings for this project.

We understand but please deactivate maintenance mode because we can't have a look on it. Or if you don't want to do this, you can send us private message with access to your dashboard so we can have a look on it after log in.

I did a few things and started to work better, then I deactivated maintenance mode and published one page http://mmindustries.it/privacy-policy/
Please also check sliding top as it seems not to work on all screen sizes.

Like we wrote above, please send us private message because we must have a look on it closer as we do not see anything related with theme on your side. We need to log-in, switch to other header style and check.
