Envato Toolkit plugin error.

Dear Muffin Group support,

I have a problem with installation one of required plugins - Envato WordPress toolkit. Here is a link for reference image with error: [Links visible only for registered users] - I have tried to remove plugin from FTP and install it manually, but still receiving this same error after trying to install it from WP, problem is that I cannot ignore it because when trying to import demo content there is not expected result, so I think that because of error.

Thanks for reply, I have imported demo content for JET and there is no expected results, there are no errors or anything like that so not sure what is goin on - can you please have look?

Ok, now it works fine. But as we see, you did not imported anything at all. You don't have anything except default theme installation. You just installed theme and nothing else.

Thanks for reply, I have re-installed whole wordpress and installed theme one more time, you probably checked while I was trying to sort it out - if you can have look again please. Thanks in advance.

But you still don't have anything on your site. Please remove whole content with WordPress Reset [Links visible only for registered users] plugin and then import demo once again but WITHOUT media attachments. Your server may be limited and that could be the reason why demo can not be imported properly.

Hi,

Yes Mr. is the reason why I have posted the comment here, there is no content, but I did everything correctly using your documentation. It may be server limit, but we own unlimited hosting and reseller account so it shouldn't be a server issue. 

I have done the reset of my WP like you suggested, after importing demo data without media attachments this screen appears ([Links visible only for registered users]), there is no information if importing was successful or not.

So we really have no idea what is wrong on your side because we did never been in similar situation. We recommend to re-install all theme files but via FTP only. Just overwrite current theme files with new newest one from TF. And if this won't help, then please send us private message with access to your dashboard and we'll have a look on it ourselves but you must have latest version installed.

Thanks guys for support I have tired to do like you suggested but there is no expected results at all. I have no idea where the problem is, but it looks like really the problem is on the server side, anyway I will send to you private message with creditinials then you maybe will have time to have look what is going on.
