I can't make video work on my iPad.

Could you give me some of your magic, please ???

If I go to " http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/agency/ " on my iPad I can see your example working perfectly. 

But if I import that slider ( agency ) in my project and include it in any of my pages, I can't make it work on my iPad.

I have no problem to make every slider on my desktop.

Maybe some of you could help me.

Could it be because you change any visibility configuration for mobiles ???

I have just updated Betheme.

Slider is not a theme and must be updated separately. You use very old slider version which is not compatible with latest WP 4.3 and that's why you could have a problem. Please update your slider then and hope all will be good.
