Revolution Slider sample import problem

Dear Support.

I have a problem with importing samle slider. 

After import Default Layout and activeted all required widgets there is still lack of homepage slider.

When I go through Revolution Slider>Revolution Slider>import Slider>choose file and pick homepage.zip file located in revolution-slider-demo/homepage.zip, I get the notification: 

importing slider settings and data...

Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

Please support.

Unfortunatelly both solutions doesn't work.

I've send You a private message so we can cope with this particular issue.

Ok, but we are pretty sure that your access won't help in anything. We already gave you solutions above and if you are unable to import slider, it means the problem is somewhere on server side probably.

You will just need to extract the zip files, take out the MAC stuff and re-zip them, making sure that the files come from the root directory and NOT in a sub-directory (Homepage.zip\homepage). Do the same for the shopping slider, and it works.  If you do not have a zip program, grab 7-zip.org's free version. However, even with the above done, there are still problems getting it to work in the theme. I got it to work  a few weeks ago...LOL.
