Unable to import default - revolution sliders

Hi,

I am trying to install Betheme for one of my client and I am unable to import the revolution sliders - default (homepage, pageshop). I get an error stating "slider_export.txt" does not exist. Is there something that I am missing?

Hi,

did you tried other sliders? Try few different other sliders as well and let us know if you are able to import them or not. Also please tell us what Rev Slider version you use.

Yes I tried a couple of other sliders and they import perfectly fine. My rev slider version is 5.0.5.

Ok. So if other sliders works, then please send us private message and we'll export new slider for you and see if it works.
