this is the place for all additional icons from the left side. If you will send us url to your site we can check if it is possible to move this icon up or not.
We tried to fine css for you but it's impossible unfortunately. Header wrapper is not big enough and that's why cart icon won't look good. Of course you can try below css and see how it looks like but in our opinion it does not look good.
