Some type of lag going on with Parallax

I've had someone tell me they experienced lag on this page using your template BeThemes. I have the top image in parallax and that's where the lag happens.

I don't experience the lag but what I've done is this.

Client Visited - http://goo.gl/0G9RKi (Its their website where the lag is happening) When the scroll down on this page the lag is very noticeable.
However I made another website here: http://goo.gl/AAlQ4w
This is not your template but its similar using parallax but the client has no lag.

Is there any way to fix the lag on your theme?

Hi,

we have checked above sites on 4 different computers and we did not noticed any lags. Both works exactly the same so we have no idea why actually your client got lag there.

That's ok I just had to ask as I have seen some lag on some themes using parallax thanks for checking.

Hi,
I have the same problem with Betheme Parallax on
http://respeq.com
In Firefox and Safari it works, but on google chrome there is that type of lag and i was asked to avoid it or change the theme.

@laukmi Like we wrote above, there is nothing what can be done in this case because this must be dependent on computer as on our side there is no lag. You can try to disable "Nice scroll" under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section and see if this helps but we are not sure.

First of all thanks for this nice theme. I have the same issue.
The parallax scroll of the header works fine on Firefox but it is not smooth on Chrome. I have installed only 2 plugins. i tested it in three difeferent compunter and there is the same issue.

@gamespipe As we wrote above, there is nothing what we can do. Parallax is dependent on server speed and that's why we can not do anything on our side. As you see, on our demos everything is fine. Remove those 2 plugins and check if this will change anything because there is nothing else what we can recommend.
