Don't show image in the subheader

Hi,
I'm using Event demo theme
I'm setting this in Theme options > Header & Subheader >
but doesn't show up an image in the subheader

what can i do?

Hi,

make sure that under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section, "Header Minimalist" option is off. And also make sure that you use header which allow you to use header background. You can also send us url to your site and we'll tell you if it is possible to display header background with your current header style.
