Fonts changed on my website. Betheme Options isn't changing fonts. Help

All the fonts on my website recently changed to something like times new roman.  They used to be Roboto.  I checked in Betheme Options and Roboto is still the font set.  Why has my font changed? And , why wont Betheme Options make any global changes to my fonts?  Nothing seems to change the font on my wp website.

I have recently updated the Betheme to v9.6

Please help!
