Featured Image not available

Hi MuffinGroup, I have produced a site using betheme - ubonsafari.co.uk. Happy with results, but have an issue with featured image for the blog posts - it just isn't there to select. Please see image taken from blog post.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

if you don't have "Featured image" section, you must activate it under "Screen options" section which is in the right top corner.

If you don't have "Featured image" option, it means that you account is limited or wordpress is corrupted because this option comes with WP itself.

Hi, I temporaily switched to Twentyfifteen as the theme, it worked fine so not a Wordpress issue. Also
I disabled all plugins and it still doesn't come back so not a
plugin conflict.

Really need assistance here, the issue is theme specific and at this stage I cannot change the theme for another.

We recommend to re-install theme then because we have no idea what else this could be. On all our 140 demos we got this option. Also we checked today so far 8 websites and each of customers sites got this option as well so this must be something on your side only.
