And, another question - How to add links to footer, next to copyright for 'usage terms'?

Ok. So to align those icons, please use below css:

.list_item .list_left { float: right !important; }
.list_item .list_right { margin-left: 0 !important; padding: 0 100px 0 0 !important }

But links in the footer you can set instead of social icons only. You can do this under Appearance > Menus section.
