css options won't save in revolution slider 5.0+

to be honest i have mixed feelings about this revolution slider 5.0+. My biggest gripe is the inability to save advance css options for my fonts. It seems to forgotten everytime I same. this is a huge annoyance because my client is waiting on this to finish and this is pretty much the only things preventing the launch of the site. any ideas on how to correct this? I'm on the latest version of Wordpress, Betheme and Revolution Slider

unfortunately we are not responsible for Revolution Slider. This is just plugin which is bundled into theme. You can update plugin files via FTP and we hope that this will help you. If not, then we can inform plugin's author about this inability.

thanks, i have done this, and the result the same. I've visited revolutions sliders support, but of course i dont have a key since it was bundled with the theme

Purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:

So as we wrote above, we can only inform plugin's author if you want. But if you want to contact with them yourself, then you must buy license for plugin from them.
