latest Woocommerce update

Hi

When I updated to the latest version of woocommerce my product main image is pulling from a thumbnail size, so all my product images are blurry. This just started happening this week. Site has been fine for over a year till the last update. I updated the woocommerce template and now my buttons and tittle on the related products (You may also like.. section) at the bottom is all messed up.

I am having this issue on the live site, so I downloaded a fresh copy of the BeTheme template, installed it, but it is experiencing the same issue.

So to sum it up, on this page you can view the error
ERROR#1 - product main image pulling from image thumbnail size even though it is set to "Product Image"
ERROR#2 - (You may also like.. section) at the bottom button and tittle messed up

Any help with these errors would be greatly appreciated

Now I noticed I get a "Invalid shipping method" when customers try to checkout.

All my woocommerce templates are up to date.

My clients is loosing money, what seems to be the issue with woocommerce and this template?

Hi,

we guarantee that this is not theme issue. You can switch to default wp theme and you will see the same behave. WooCommerce templates that comes with theme are up to date. And if something is wrong on your side only, we suggest to remove theme files from FTP and upload completely new files (recent 9.7 version). But images are blurred because you did not set right sizes for them what has been described on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes

The images started to become blurry after the last woocommerce update.. This was working fine for OVER A YEAR.

Ok, so I took your suggestion that this is not the template and is something else so I made and entirely new test account,
uploaded the latest version of betheme from theme forest without any
alterations, followed your instructions about image sizes
(http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes)
and then upload new images.

Why did this work like a charm for 1 year, and without changing
anything and testing it on a fresh install, I can't get the products to display correctly.

What changed??

And when you click on the thumbnail to view the larger image, thumbnail boxes are there but they are blank

We have no idea why because we tested this on our side and all is good so something else must be a problem. Please switch to default WP theme and check how it looks like then.
