icon-yelp HELP!

I've been trying to have icon-yelp showing on widgets and the icon showing is the icon-lamp instead.

This is the code I have been using:

Where and How do I fix it? Thanks

The top, footer and sidebars for news page)is showing the lamp icon.

I also wondering if it will be possible to have yelp icon on theme options (social), or where could I maybe change/replace the logo to yelp?
