Photo Box Color Change
Hello on the site http://www.capsublex.com/home-new/ I am trying to change the color where the text is under the picture. I found this in the forum on here . #Subheader {background-color: rgb(59, 191, 277, 0.7) !important; } and it didnt change anything put into the custom css section. is there any css I can add to change this color on each picture?

we have no idea where from you get above css but this is completely not for what you are looking for. To change texts colors under the images, please use below css:
.photo_box .desc h5 { color: #000 !important; }
