My muffin builder is hiden and I cant get to display it

Hello guys can you help me find out why my muffin builder in not displaying on my web site...
I am the main admin of the site and I already checked

Appeareance/be theme options/advanced/builder visibility

I can send the admin details if nedded

Hi,

I have the same problem, oddly enough my two colleagues with their own accounts do not have the same problem. Also, the muffin builder does appear when I am working on a different website located on my website domain. Of course I already checked the same as the user above. Please help!
