Poor loading time due to huge number of css/js files that need loading every time
It's an awesome theme but there are so many css and js files that it loads incredibly slowly and scores badly in the Google Pagespeed insight test ([Links visible only for registered users]).
Can you speed it up and combine many of the files?

if you want to speed up website, you can use static css files instead of dynamic files with php extension. This was described on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#static-css
Also more info about theme speed you can also read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/165/improved-pageload but except that nothing else just can`t be done because we already did everything what was possible.
BTW As you see, google say the biggest problem is with rendering images and in this case we don`t do anything. We can`t optimize some images because many of them was prepared for devices with retina displays and those images must have perfect look. And as you probably know, good looking images must have larger size.
