Blog element Read More lightbox

I added a blog element on my page, masonry style, and would like to open the single post after clicking the Heading or Read More in lightbox.

I can edit the source files directly to add the rel="lightbox" selector to blog heading and readmore link if you point me where to edit.

for that you must modify theme files but please notice that we do not offer theme files modifications. So you must do this on your own or if you don't know how, you should contact with your website developer.

Thank you...in which php file is the Read More link generated?

If you we are talking about the blog page, it's under includes/content-post.php file.
