Can't download revolution slider! WP - "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I can't download the suggested plugins, I am on a multi site WP account and I have uploaded the theme, now when I say download suggested plugins it brings me to a page that says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I can't find where to download it separately anywhere else! Please help! Can you send me the plug-ins separately so I can upload them manually?

all plugins are under Appearance > Install plugins section and this is the place where from you can install them. But the information you got is not related with theme. @jasonbass Did you checked the link to Google we left above? Because all possible reasons of this problem has been already explain. There is nothing except what has been already explained.
