Header padding

Hey there I selected minimalist style for my header, but there's still a bit of space between the top of the page and my logo. I also tried

#Top_bar #logo { height: 90px !important; }

but it adjusted the logo and the below. what should be the correct css?

As we see, the padding comes from Action Bar. You did activated Action Bar which is empty. You can deactivate it under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
