Testimonials on Dashboard

I did my initial install a couple of months ago and I added my testimonials. They work on my pages but now I need to add more and the "Testimonials option is now missing from the dashboard. Any suggestions how to get it back?

My Clients option is also missing from my dashboard. What is happening.

Maybe you deactivated it under Theme options > Global > Advanced section?
