Slider with form beside

I cant find a solution, I need to use a slider in top page as on most BE demo´s, but where it is possible to make it only, lets say, 2/3 wide, and then place a contact form on the last 1/3. So actually a slider with maybe 3 sides, but the form stays.
None of Your 130 demo´s does this, as far as I can see. How can I create this, please..:-)

to do this, you must use revolution slider as shortcode in muffin builder. Something similar you can see for example on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/moving/
