Creative Header, with menu sliding in from left, but not full-height

Hi , I've found good samples of the Creative header (e.g. http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/agency/ and http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/story/) but not an example of a slide-out like at http://phpbitsplugins.com/gilidpanel/settings-screenshot/ or http://sidebar.looks-awesome.com/?button=outlined

The menu icon (a.k.a. Hamburger) is at top left and nothing else is covered until you click on it, and the whole menu slides in from left. 

Yes, I can install a plugin, but your Creative header is so close...
