Mobile Menu For One Page Theme

I am using a 'one page theme' and have enabled some sections in such to not be visible on mobile, but visible on desktop etc. My challenge is that for one page theme I have for example two sections with two reference names ie 1 - contact (seen on desktop etc) and 2 - contact-mobile (to be seen on mobile). So now I would like the menu on mobile to go to 'one page section reference' - contact-mobile and on the desktop menu the 'one page section reference - contact.
Follow? So bottom line I have two different versions of the contact section - 1 for mobile and 1 for desktop, but now I have no way to make two different versions of the menu that are used for mobile vs desktop to make the menu work appropriately on mobile (because one page themes use references as there 'url') Can you please advise how I might find a 'work around for this' or am I missing something in manual and documentation ... Would be helpful if a wordpress location of menu would be available for 'mobile'.

unfortunately what you are trying to do is not possible so you did not missed anything. It is just impossible to set different menus per different sections.
