Hi,

it's header background feature. If you don't need it, please turn on "Header | Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

I toggled it off then back on again but it didn't make a difference on mobile.

Ok. So if somehow this option does not work for you, please use below css:

body:not(.template-slider):not(.header-simple) #Header { min-height: 0 !important; }
