9.7.2 has 130 templates, 19 headers but 100 templates 17 headers after install?

Hi,

The themeforest site advertises that is has 130 pre-made layouts that install with 1 click. After install my version (9.7.2) only shows 100 on the splash screen, along with 17 headers and not 19? Am I missing these during install somewhere?

Hi Sam,

no, you did not missed anything. If you don't don't see all (19) header styles under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section and over 130 demos under BeTheme Demo Data > Demo section, it means you got old theme version or your files are corrupted.

Thanks for the ersponse.

I guess that would be a problem then. I just purchased the theme on Saturday October 3rd from Envato/Themeforest and directly downloaded all of the themes and installed. I have since downloaded the theme and reinstalled and got the same theme showing the same numbers. I did verify the current version being 9.7.2

I received notification that there was an update to the Betheme which was downloaded and installed. The new download splash still shows only 100 templates and 17 headers?

So woudl this be a old theme or corrupt files?

Update has been downloaded automatically? How? Via Envato Toolikit? Because if this is what you are talking about, then you are wrong because Envato Toolkit plugin does not work anymore. More details about that you can read on https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85

I didnt say update has been downloaded automatically or anything about the toolkit??.Auto-mode sometimes is just screaming for problems.. I do everything manually, ftp>sq db> wp upload> wp install ..etc

I got an email saying there was a update for the Betheme. I downloaded the files from Envato, uninstalled the current theme, uninstalling wordpress, going through and deleting anything that was in that domain folder and started over.  . So with a new install of WP, i imported the theme and child theme, plus any plugins. I install the demo splash to make it look like the demo site. That is where it shows 100 templates and 17 headers.

But Splash demo is exactly the same as was when we included this demo into package. This demo shouldn't be included but we did it anyway. Please notice that we can not update splash demo in the package because it is already too heavy and even 1 image more, will occur problems for many hosting services. So if you want, you can edit these texts if you somehow need them.

You might want to adjust the image of the product you are selling then. You are advertising a theme that shows 130 different templates and 19 headers and evens says it comes with. But when installed the theme isnt that.

If you seen a laptop on bestbuy that said i7 and 300 megs of ram.. with a 2tb hard drive.. for $100 .. then you would expect that in the box when you purchase it.

So you are saying that your theme DOES NOT come like it is shown?  and it is all text and graphics?

You are definitely wrong. Currently we even got over 150 templates. So if you don't see them all, it means you did something wrong. We definitely recommend to update theme files via FTP only because your server may be limited and this could be the reason why all demos are invisible under BeTheme Demo Data section.

BTW You are the only one who got 100 pre-made layouts only.

but if I downloaded the recent most version that was made available to me by you on the Envato website and install everything just like the demo.. it shows and reads only 100 pre-made? If I install the theme exactly as instructed... and the theme is working find but missing and addition 50 themes now.. How did I do something wrong? The theme says 100+ , which is words not a theme.. so that wouldnt be limited by the hosting provider by some hidden limitation on a business account? I will provide you a demo site.

what kind of reply is? Are you a company or a 12 year old from Australia? Your theme DOES work, you are just fraudulently advertising a theme THAT YOU WILL NOT GET.

Did you even look at the site?  I guess you wouldnt have to if you already know your theme is shady.

@pir8teslife That's the only right answer in our opinion and theme is for sure not shady. We know that you reported us to Envato, but their staff contacted with us yesterday and confirmed that all demos and headers are included like we advertise (so all is good). Don't you think that the problem is on your side if even Envato stuff checked and confirmed that all is fine? Or you just don't care about the other and you are then only person who is right? We really appreciate if you can do not be so rude because it's not our fault that you did something wrong and don't have all demos and headers included.
