full width mobile drop down?

Trying to get the mobile drop down to use 100% width. I was able to apply using chome dev tools to everything of 1239px and below but when you shrink the screen to a certain point it reverts back to narrow

Anyway to accomplish this and change the color of the + buttons to the right of the labels?
