Revolution slider stuck loading

I have a revolution slider that's not working. Tried to create new ones but the issue remains.

Also, the subpages (sponsors, contact, projects, etc.) have a black banner at the top below the menu that I've tried to get rid off. haven't managed though. Ideas?

Hi,

please update revolution slider to recent 5.0.9 version and hope this will help. But please update slider files via FTP only. But this black space on sub-pages is header background feature. To remove this section, please turn on "Header Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Second issue almost solved. It disappeared on desktop, but not on mobile responsive. Any solution?

On the first problem. I've spent an hour or two now, but I can't find the download button for revslider.zip (or what its exact name is). I keep being told that it's on the lower right hand side of the revolution slider page, but it's not there. Is there any possibility of reinstalling the plugin?

Ok. We must investigate time into it because if you activated this option, it shouldn't display on mobile devices as well. At this moment, please use below css to remove this section completely:

Since new version has been developed, slider should be updated via FTP. More details about update via FTP you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider

I understand that, but it says that the file can be downloaded by finding the download link at the bottom right corner of Revolution slider. There is no such button on my revolution slider. See the attached screenshots.

Are you sure that you read the topic we sent you above? There is very important information (it's even bold) next to the 1st point which is "(available till version 4.6.9. But all newer versions can be updated via FTP only)" So like we wrote, this option is no longer available.

Yes, but.. The second option also says

"Unpack files from revslider.zip file which has been described in point 1 ".

Hence, I would need to download the revslider.zip by following the first instructions from point 1. But I cannot do that because I cannot see the download button. How do I get the new revslider.zip file?

But plugins are included into theme package. You can find them all under betheme.zip/plugins/ folder. So you don't need to download anything, except theme package from Themeforest.

I know I have the plugins.. And yes, I am able to find them in the plugins folder. But I need the updated version of it. How do I get the revslider.zip for version 5.0.4?? And no, I am not able to follow the instructions on your website (as I've mentioned several times now) because the download button don't appear on my dashboard->revolution slider. Could you perhaps email it to me?

You can not get 5.0.4 version because this version does not exist. Recent version of Revolution Slider is 5.0.9 and this version is included into theme package. Like we wrote above, it's under betheme.zip/plugins/ folder. And like we wrote above, you also don't need any DOWNLOAD button. Or maybe you can show us on screenshot, which DOWNLOAD button you mean because your messages are very confusing and we have no idea what are you talking about.
