import demo problem (missing/invalid WXR version number)

I try to import demo content (Translator) and gives me error:

Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

Same error with all the demos .
Tried: Appearance / BeTheme demo data to install / Demo / Translator
Wordpress version: 4.3.1.

Tried also downloading from http://themes.muffingroup.com/xmls/ (Be themes) but there is no Translator theme. I was able to import other theme settings from manual import from http://themes.muffingroup.com/xmls/ but I want to use Translator theme

What am I doing wrong? Please help

this problem is not related with theme. It is something on your server side. Is it possible to download it from http://themes.muffingroup.com/xmls/ ?
There is no such theme thow.

No, it is not possible because this theme is more advanced than rest of our themes. All xml files are included into theme package and are under betheme.zip/functions/importer/demo/be/ folder.
