This is how you did it exactly. You have increase header height what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1guifT8p.png so the sub-menu starts just under the main menu. All is good here. If you want, you can use below css to move this sub-menu up:

aestive Hello, the height of the header depends on the logo size and padding. Go to theme options>global>logo and change the logo size and vertival padding. If the logo is very big, we suggest using the option to overflow logo. thanks
