Video options

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out which shortcode (or Muffin Builder option) is best to use for adding a video. I've tried using the "Video" option from the Muffin Builder menu options but it makes it almost thumbnail size and doesn't seem like there are very many options to change that (or to make it popup in a modal box).

There is one on the Surfing Layout demo that I would love to know how it is created (with which options): http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/surfing/ 

If you go to that link, and scroll down about half way, there is a section called "Watch a Video" and it opens a modal type pop-up box with the Vimeo video. Can you tell me which options were used for that?
