Language menu

How do I get my language menu to look the same as this here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/.

Hi Lievin,

did you used WPML plugin? Because languages menu is reserved for this plugin only. If you did it, then you can change it's layout under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.

Okay I see that but can't use qTranslate-X and get the same results ? WPML costs while qTranslate-X is free. Or is there any other plugin that can have the same result ?
