Muffin Builder option and shortcode Demo

I guys

Is there a way to see Muffin Builder options and shortcode in action without downloading all themes demos?

I mean there is a section in the documentation that describes any option but no visual example of it 

...so, just to make an example I read "Fancy Header" or "Icon Box", I do not know what they are but I've got Images showing it 

Hope it's clear as my english is not so good!

like you said, in the documentation we described them all. But their examples you can check on main demo under SHORTCODES section.
