XSS security vulnerabilities in the Visual Composer

Hi. Today i got an email from Envato, that Visual Composer have XSS security vulnerabilities and need to download and update it manualy. I don't use Visual composer and build my site with shortcodes. Do i need to update Visual Composer, that my site is secure? Waiting your reply.
