unfortunately what you requested is impossible for all the pre-made layouts we already got. However we really do not understand the problem. If you really want to use pre-made layouts, then all you need to do is install demo with 1 click installation feature and then edit the content under "Page options" section where Muffin Builder is. Except that, all settings can be changed under Muffin Options section. all settings are visible in the back-end of Muffin Options panel so we really do not understand where the problem is. However, if you don't like pre-made layouts, then you cn build your own site with Muffin Builder or VC plugin from scratches.
