Changed Header type on demo theme - now it's messed up pages! :(
Hey,
Setup Portfolio demo and then changed the header theme as I wanted it overlaying the slider rather than underneath. But now all the page content show really high over the top of the menu.
Any advice would be very appreciated thank you!

you probably set Transparent header and that's the reason why content goes behind the slider. This is how it works exactly. We recommend to use different header style on pages where you don't have slider or please send us url to page from screenshot and we'll see if there is anything what can be sorted with custom css.
