Problem with Betheme and Cookie Law Info

Since the last update, I have a problem to display the plugin "law info cookie". the law cookie info bar is no longer displayed correctly (see attachment). The law cookie info bar does not take the entire window. How to do ?

Thank for your answer. I found the solution to my problem . This came from a cache plugin , not the theme .
