Muffin Builder Not Displaying Properly in Chrome

I seem to be having trouble with the past few versions of Muffin Builder displaying correctly in Google Chrome. Everything looks fine in Firefox but a lot of the on/off buttons and fields don't show up in Chrome. Is anyone else having this problem?
