Cannot save the content of the page or content of the custom css of the page.

Hi,

In the past 2 days, this bug keeps appearing for my test site. Sometime I made changes in the muffin builder and hit save. Then none of the new content gets saved. Same thing happened for the custom css section of the page. Is it something to do with the theme itself or with the host?

Hi,

you can not save page options because of limits on your server. Please look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars where we described what to do in this case.

Hi,

I followed the instruction you gave me. However, it still doesn't work, and I'm the admin of the hosting account too. Right now, the custom js and custom css of the theme don't take in anymore code.

Please let me know what I can do to solve this. I can provide the login for you to take a look at the dashboard if you need you. Please help me asap. Thanks

We don't need access to the dashboard because for us everything is clear. There is nothing what we can do if you got limits on server side. Simply send us url to page where you can show us server details (phpinfo) and we'll have a look on it.
