I'm trying to install the demo data to BeTheme related to the theme "Software" but the system still crashes displaying the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/vhosts/performa000087/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/import.php on line 103

what can I do?

All you can do is contact with your server admin because your server is limited and does not work properly with wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks. Or you can import all settings manually as well.
