black box in header not going away

Hi. After update black box is showing under menu in header section. You can see it live here. Tried many things, could not remove it. Before update didn't change anything. How to remove that black thing?

Hi,

this is header background feature. If you don't like it, you can deactivate it under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Sorry for million year reply. It's deactivated. Still no luck and background is there.
