Change Default button color

Hi, 

Is it possible to change the default boutton like shown in the image?

A simple one without the sliding right grey hover, with white background and solid black borders, can I make all the buttons looks like that?

Hi,

to get similar buttons (simple one), please switch to "Stroke" button style under Theme options > Colors > Content section.
