Can't find where to change that blue background color

Hi there,

I've been through some source files and almost all of the css files, but I just can't see to find where to change that blue background color:

Look at the blue section next to the header image

The same blue color is visible before the revolution slider is loaded at the homepage.
Where can I change this?
