How can I change the icon for the "idea-shortcode"?
It's "icon-lamp" but I want another icon.

Ok. As we see it's idea box. So this icon can be changed in theme files but we do not offer such customization unfortunately. For any changes in files, is website developer responsible. All items/shortcodes you can find under functions/theme-shortcodes.php file.
