"Offer slider thumb" by categorie

Hi,

I would class the offer by categories but the thumbails doesn't change, could you help me please ?

First item has "lawyers" categorie with the right thumb, second item has "banks" categories with the wrong thumb.

if you will edit these items, you will notice the information that only one "Offer Slider" item can be used per page.
