Creating New Page Template?

Okay, this is obviously a rookie question, but with Muffin Builder I can easily build pages with sidebars (left, right or both). However, I need to create two page Templates. I need to create another Template that has a left sidebar and then a new page template with a right sidebar. 

Can someone please paste the php code for a  "template-rightsidebar.php" and "template-leftsidebar.php"?  

Example: 

----------------------------------
<?php
/**
 * Template Name: Left Sidebar 
 *
 */

 [and I need the code because I can't figure it out!!]

    Hi,

    we are sorry but unfortunately we do not offer files customization. So if you modify theme files and you don't know how we suggest to contact with your site developer because such modifications are not included.
