How to edit Author Page?

Hi,

When you click on the Author Meta the user is taken to an Author page i.e. http://mymockwebsite.co.uk/author/muffingroup/

I have added the 'bio' in the user profiles, which are displayed at the bottom of the post. 

But, can you edit this Author page?

Hi,

author page is using index.php file. We do not have special author page included into theme.
