Hi ..

I set a slider .. I upload the images layer by layer .. I see all the images .. There is no problem .. But I want to give movement effects to all layers with mouse .. Which is like that slider. How can I do this .. What is the name of this effect and I can set from where ??

Did you set Parallax Level http://pasteboard.co/1upMXyqU.png as well? If you did it and still does not work, then please import slider from BeSmart demo and compare our settings with yours.
