Trying to upload my revolution sliders

I get this message everytime I upload it

importing slider settings and data...

Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.

Hi,

what rev slider version you use? What slider are you trying to import or maybe this happen with any slider that is included into theme package?

It has happen with any slider I'm trying to use

If this happen with any slider you use, it means that the problem is with your server. ZipArchive extension must be not installed.
