how do I get it back?

you must contact with your admin and ask for backups. There is no other way to get back with what you removed.

Yes, seriously. Of course we can give you the shortcodes we used for this section but we don't know what else you removed or changed so our code may do not work. So if our code won't work, then you must import this demo on your test version of wp and check how this was made.
